She brings more than 16 years of design and project management experience to her clients. She began her career in interior design and later assumed a project management role at a large furniture dealer, where she advanced to manager of the design and project management department and oversaw a staff of 16 designers. Micki joined a global real estate firm in 2000 to become Director of Interiors, servicing a national platform of customers.

Micki earned a degree in interior design from Purdue University and is a Certified Project Manager with the International Office Moving Institute. She is also a member of the International Interior Design Association.
